Bold Beauty Pro's Private Paint Party Non-Refundable Deposit Agreement
This Non-Refundable Deposit Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on [Date] between Bold Beauty Pro LLC, provider of Bold Palettes Events (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"), and [Customer's Name] (the "Customer") for the purpose of securing a party booking.
The Customer agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $100 to secure a reservation for a paint party with Bold Palettes Events.
The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the deposit paid under this Agreement is entirely non-refundable. Once the "Confirm" button is clicked, the Customer agrees to the non-refundable nature of this deposit.
Upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit, Bold Beauty Pro will reserve the Customer's selected date and time for the paint party.
The Customer acknowledges that the deposit does not represent the full payment for the paint party event. An outstanding balance will be due as per the terms outlined in the event booking agreement.
In the event that the Customer cancels the reservation for the paint party, the non-refundable deposit will not be refunded, and Bold Beauty Pro reserves the right to retain the full deposit amount.
The deposit should be paid through the online payment system provided by Bold Beauty Pro.

By clicking the "Pay Now" button, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the non-refundable nature of the deposit and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
This Agreement is effective as of the date once the "Pay Now" button is clicked, and the payment is received.
